Your Priorities:

• Preparation of market analyses as well as supplier evaluation for electronic components
• preparation of specifications for electronic components, as well as the evaluation of supplier offers
• Coordination of specifications regarding the design and selection of components under the consideration of safety aspects, normative and legal requirements
• Collaboration in DFMEA and validation/qualification processes, as well as customer complaints
• Construction of prototypes, basic development of mock-ups in collaboration with suppliers
• Preparation of project plans and schedules, project management, conducting training courses
• Commissioning and (re-)qualification of electronics, sensors, and frequency converters
• Simulation of magnetic sensors and converters during the design and commissioning phases
• Evaluation of the service life of electronic components, including thermal/electromagnetic stress

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed technical studies in electrical engineering/electronics or comparable
• Profound experience in the design and calculation of electric motors
• In-depth knowledge of project management as well as the development of sensor circuits and supplier management
• Initial experience in predictive maintenance in drive technology is desirable
• Excellent user knowledge of motor design and calculation programs
• Good technical understanding and analytical thinking
• Good user knowledge of common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong communication skills

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed studies in engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable degree
• Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the field of drive technology or electric motors
• Industry-specific knowledge and understanding of the products or services being sold, as well as the market and competition be a distinct advantage
• Good negotiating skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in written and spoken English
• German language skills are an advantage
• Strong communication skills, high customer orientation and very good negotiating skills
• High level of analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Independent way of working as well as high self-motivation and goal orientation
• This role requires a balance of time in the office and field work. Some travel may be required for client meetings and presentations, therefore a high willingness to travel, especially within the USA.
