Start-up and Support

Technical support and advice from the start
Today's machinery has to be most flexible and powerful. To support the industry's requirements, our team is available very much from the start. The ABM drive consists not only of the frequency inverter, but also the gearbox, the motor and the brake. The project team, which includes the customer's task force, aims at selecting the best drive combination for the application:

• Linking the frequency inverter with the gearbox (ratio)
• Linking the frequency inverter with the motor (winding, base frequency, etc)
• Selection of the brake (type, initiation)
• Selection of encoder (as required)

Electronically controlled drive technology means for ABM to offer a comprehensive package from one source. This saves time and avoids interface problems. You can rely on ABM's expertise. We would like to offer this comprehensive package to you.

Start-up
During installation and start-up of your machine our service technician will be available on request. Thus you will experience a smooth set-up and start-up. Your personnel will be instructed accordingly.

Maintenance
With your personnel we will set up maintenance schedules, which will be adapted to your machine and application. This will increase the reliability and availability of your machine - production stops shall be ruled out.

After Sales
Should you need our service and support - we will be available for you. With flexibility and quick reaction times we will support you, for instance in case of repair jobs.
